  The only reason why I opened a SunTrust account it was my understanding my new employers payroll was drawn from a SunTrust account and I wanted my own account. After making my first attempt at Mobile deposit, due to the fact of my work schedule, it failed and I received a error message. When I walked into the Stone Mountain Branch, the teller never questioned why I was trying to deposit my check (apparently my deposit via mobile did go through). Fast forward, no one contacted me regarding the fraud alert on my account. I have been trying to resolve this issue and without my paycheck for a week. I keep getting the runaround, no money available to me to pay my bills and having run around in circles to get his resolved only to run out of gas. SunTrus has lost my business. I hope and pray I will FINALLY get my money so I can take my business elsewhere. There is no excuse for holding my money from me. Even Wells Fago (bank the account is drawn from) agrees Suntrust needs to give my money to me.

  Unwilling to help! I move around alot and therefore don't have a "local bank." I requested something very simple with regards to cash. The lady behind the teller was rude and short. Telling me SunTrust only helps SunTrust customers, you have to have an account. I know how I won't be going with in the future!
